I loved staying at this hotel! The location in the mountains was unbeatable. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing me with tips on hiking trails and navigating the area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, particularly the spa and sauna. Plus, the cleanliness of this hotel was impressive. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Everything is what I need and want.

The staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The location provided us with breathtaking mountain views and the food exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed the guided hiking that was offered, providing us with a great way to explore the stunning surroundings.
We found that the price of the hotel didn't quite match up with the quality of the dinner, which was just okay. We were disappointed that drinks, even water or house wine, were not included in the stay.

We are blown away by our recent stay in this incredible mountain retreat. the location couldn't be more perfect for exploring the surrounding nature, with breathtaking views at every turn. Our room had its own private balcony with a stunning mountain vista, and the bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean. the staff were so friendly and attentive, making every effort to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfast was a highlight of each day, with a delicious spread of fresh produce and baked goods. the indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi were the ultimate in relaxation.
Despite the fantastic service and amenities, the dinner prices were a little high for the quality of the food.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, dreamy alpine wonderland, delicious plentiful food, helpful and friendly staff, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, convenient location for hiking.
Can't fault the property in any way.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the breakfast and dinner were tasty, and the front desk staff was helpful. We enjoyed the spa and the hiking guide was outstanding. the hotel's location was perfect for starting our hikes and taking relaxing walks.
We felt the outdoor jacuzzi wasn't hot enough and the indoor pool was too hot.
